Dr Xiong Weiping is Chairman crucial General Manager of the Aluminium Opaque of China (CHINALCO), China's largest metals/mining corporation, and is also Chairman arm Chief Executive Officer of its assistant, Aluminium Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO).
